I am Eman, a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science. I participated in the Qualified training for Banking (QTB) program provided by Adding Value company, which helped me to hone my skills in preparing CVs and personal interviews. I was also introduced to the workplace etiquette that should be followed and how to manage customer complaints and deal with these complaints in a professional manner. Through practical training and realistic situations that were simulated with a professional bank interview committee, I learned how to highlight my capabilities and express my strengths clearly. This training helped me in getting a distinguished job opportunity in the banking sector, and I am now confident in my ability to compete and excel in the job market. The experience was a strong push to achieve the first steps of success in my career.

I am Rawan, a graduate of the Faculty of Commerce English Department. I joined the labor market qualification program provided by Adding Value Company, where I learned how to prepare my CV and work on developing my internal personal skills through training programs that included effective communication skills, how to manage work pressures, and emotional intelligence. During the training, I participated in a simulation of realistic job interviews with a committee of experts with more than 30 years of practical experience. I gained confidence in presenting myself and explaining easily my strength points with confidence and professionalism. I no longer fear being exposed to job interviews as I was before. I am Mohamed, a graduate of the Faculty of Pharmacy. Through the program, I learned how to conduct an actual job interview proceeded by experts with professionals in banking industry. I also learned how to express myself with confidence and professionalism, which helped me overcome the challenges of applying in a job represented in overcoming my fear of conducting a job interview. This training gave me the ability to communicate effectively and manage myself during interviews, which gave me the opportunity to join a prestigious banking job. I am Aya, a graduate of the Faculty of Maritime Transport and Logistics. I joined the labor market preparation program provided by Adding Value Company. The program focused on how to excel in the field of customer service by knowing the methods of excellence in providing service to the customer and taking responsibility for handling customer complaints.
