Design and development of an integrated project for a company specialized in dry ports
With a company specialized in operating dry ports to develop its new project, starting from developing engineering designs and comprehensive planning, all the way to implementing effective marketing and operating strategies.
Our efforts included preparing all the necessary drawings and designs to ensure the efficiency of operational processes, in addition to develop an integrated marketing plan that enhances the attractiveness of the project and ensures its accessibility to all targeted stakeholders. We also played the role of an intermediary in securing the necessary financing through cooperation with a major company specialized in financing, which contributed to accelerating the implementation of the project and achieving its investment objectives.
Implementing the largest storage project in a free zone for a leading company
As part of our commitment to providing integrated solutions for logistics projects, we designed and implemented one of the largest storage projects in the free zone for the largest transportation and storage companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of managing and storing goods and vehicles according to the highest operational standards.
Our contribution began with developing the detailed engineering designs for the project, passing through supervising its implementation to ensure compliance with technical specifications and best operational practices. We also developed the entire operational system, including designing accounting and administrative processes to ensure the integration and smoothness of all operational procedures.
Results:
We succeeded in providing an integrated model that combines advanced infrastructure and smart management, which enhances the efficiency of the company's operational processes and supports its expansion strategy in the transportation, storage and logistics sector.
